After seven years at British Telecom Andy joined Philips Business Communications, where he became the Senior Technical Specialist for all computer based telephony products within the UK. Leaving Philips 8 years later, he joined Octel Comms. as Product Development Manager for computer based telephony products and mobility solutions. Taking on a role of Global Marketing Manager at Andy then became Head of IT & Telecoms at Broadsystem, responsible for the IT infrastructure and support services for 4 sites across the UK – providing interactive services for TV shows such as GMTV, Who Wants to be a Millionaire?, I’m a Celebrity, and contact centre services for FTSE100 companies, and tv campaigns such as “Talk to Frank”, “Smoking Helpline”, and the “Fraud Benefit Hotline”. Since January 2006 Andy has been running Mistera Ltd, providing website design and search engine marketing services, and telecoms consultancy for a variety of organisations including a large NHS Trust, and a major TV production company. |
