Mistera was formed in 2004 to offer professional, affordable web design to small-to-medium sized businesses that either had an existing website that needed updating, or required a website creating from scratch.

Since the first site was launched in May 2004, Mistera has steadily attracted new business based mainly on word of mouth recommendations from satisfied clients.

The Standards We Work To

Having correct HTML code is very important, as poor coding can have a negative impact on the search engine spiders that crawl the web, which in the worst cases may mean that a site is excluded from inclusion in a search engine listing.

Mistera designs every web site to pass the W3C Quality Assurance guidelines.

Sites that pass the W3C test can display the W3C HTML 4.01 logo that shows visitors that the site designers have taken the care to create an interoperable Web page.

Additionally as more sites move to having Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Mistera will also ensure that the CSS code also passes the W3C test, and can therefore display the W3C CSS logo.

We also ensure cross browser compatibility against the most popular web browsers on the market today.
